P&M Windows Refund Policy

This notice has the same date as the Purchase Agreement in which it is incorporated. If you wish to cancel this contract you must do so in writing by delivering personally or sending (which may be by electronic mail) a cancellation notice marked to the Managing Director, P & M Windows Limited either by post to Unit 4a Power Court, Church Street, Luton, LU1 3JJ or by email to sales@pmwindows.com within the period of fourteen (14) days starting on the date of the Purchase Agreement.

The notice of cancellation will be deemed to have been served as soon as it is posted or sent to us, or in the case of an email, from the day it is sent to us.

By sending the email from your email account, you will be deemed to have authorised the cancellation.
