Dear Paul,
I am writing to you with regards the recent installation of double glazing carried out at our home. It was with great delight that you didn’t just send a body round to deal with us but you took the time out to deal with us personally, from quotation to fitting and inspection.
I found your team of workmen to be polite, always turning up on time, cleaning up behind them as best as possible and ensuring there was as little disruption to normal living whilst the work was being carried out.
All of the above was in addition to the prompt response of needing a quote for the work done and the very competitive price that was ultimately charged for the work.
Your knowledge when taking the details for the quote helped enormously in picking the right type of windows not only for the look of the house but also taking into account the area we live in, which is not something my wife and I had considered. All in all I would like to personally thank you for everything that has been mentioned above and have no problem in recommending you in the future to friends and family. As we are always quick to complain I thought it only fair to praise people when it is due and this is one of those cases. Again many thanks for an extremely professional job done.

P & M Windows
In April, 2006 I awarded P & M Windows a contract to replace all of the external doors and windows, a contract to build a conservatory and to install a set of double internal doors between our sitting rom and dining room.
The job was awarded to P & M mainly down to their expert advice on how to construct my conservatory. Paul McDonagh provided advice on planning issues and also on the construction of the conservatory. Paul was also flexible to include the extra’s that I wished to have, an example of this was that I preferred a radiator to a wall heater.
I found the team that worked on all of the jobs awarded to be first class. Paul had a strong professional relationship with all of the guys who worked on the house. This made us feel very comfortable. The team were very professional.
I found that the guys were great around the house while they were completing the jobs. My wife is a childminder so they worked around us rather than us work around them. The guys always cleaned up before leaving the job.
We are now very happy with all of the work completed on our house. I found P & M to be easy to work with, professional and their services are also very competitive.
I wish P & M good luck for the future. I would fully recommend P & M to anybody for windows installation and for conservatory construction.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big “thank you” for the conservatory which you built for us last month.
I am not an easily pleased person but I have to say that you and all your colleagues have given my wife and I a service which one does not often find these days. All the way through the build I felt that our interests were uppermost in your minds and not just profit.
We are absolutely delighted with our new conservatory and spend many hours in it viewing our garden and enjoying the weather and I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to any prospective customer.
